We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to establish, develop and grow business relationships with current customer base and potential new customers within a given territory in Europe. It includes frequent travelling, regular phone and email communication and reporting.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A sales attitude
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages shall be valued
- At least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
- A full degree in Business Administration or a technical field
- Superior customer service skills. Ability to identify the best proposal for the customers’ needs. Consultative sales approach
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Results oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of the Aviation Industry is a plus but not a must
